Postpartum doula support includes:
          • pre-birth home visit (to discuss and explore your priorities and concerns and plan how to best work together to meet your needs)
• Breastfeeding/bottle feeding Support
• Light House Keeping (dishes, laundry...)

• Running Errands on your behalf​
• Give reassurance about normal infant behavior
• Help you learn if you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure
• Attend to baby while parents shower, eat, sleep etc.
• Support and facilitate bonding with your baby
• Mother and infant massage
• Provide referrals for additional support
• Preparing/Cooking meals for family
• Assist with and help other siblings adjust
• Give baby-wearing guidance
• Provide physical/Emotional/Informational Support
• Unlimited and prompt email, phone, and text support
