Questionnaire

This questionnaire is a way for families to introduce a little of who they are so we can schedule a time to meet, get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. My goal as a postpartum doula is to provide each family with personalized support that caters to their specific family as opposed to a one size fits all approach. I like to sit down with families and discuss their needs, expectations, goals, what they hope to accomplish and determine if I am the best fit for the job and if not, help them find somebody who is!
